tubbesing was asked to help design and build out a hardened data center to meet a growing city’s needs. being constructed out of solid concrete we spent nearly a year in the design phase, working with the end user to determine the specifications to meet their needs of today as well as tomorrow.

we relentlessly focussed on everything from the 2n power and cooling design, to coordinating all the the overhead equipment, cabling pathways, power distribution, refrigerant lines, penetrations, and finish out to ensure that this build would be exactly what the city could grow into.

when the design was completed the build out only took about 4 months to complete. the customer was thrilled to be able to execute this project on time and under budget - but was most excited that their purchasing team was able to order this entire project as a single sku.
