Brian GraffService Director
Brian Graff graduated from Grand Canyon University in 2014 with an MBA. He proudly served 11 years in the Navy, deploying three times on the USS Nimitz, working on the electronics of the F/A 18 Super Hornet. In 2011, he joined Schneider Electric as a field service engineer. In 2014, Brian joined Tubbesing Services bringing his technical knowledge of UPS’s and power systems. Brian enjoys the outdoors, hunting, and fishing.
Jason WilliamsOutside Service Sales
Jason Williams came to Tubbesing Services in 2017. Prior to joining Tubbesing Jason worked in the industry with a history of arch flash studies, thermal imaging, and electrical testing. Additionally we are thankful for Jason’s service in the United States Air Force. Jason handles all projects that require a project manager. He will help you with project timelines, startups for products, commissioning and final acceptance. He enjoys playing sports, donating his time to church and spending time with his family. Jason is married with two kids and lives in Fort Worth, TX.
Tyler WattersonOutside Service Sales
Tyler Watterson graduated from the University of Arizona in 2013 with a degree in Economics. Prior to joining Tubbesing in 2022, Tyler spent four years at Sealco providing critical environment services to various data center and cleanroom facilities in DFW and throughout the country. Many years spent working in the service industry provides Tyler with a strong customer service foundation upon which he began his career in service sales in 2017. Tyler lives in Carrollton with two lazy Australian Shepherds and spends most of his free time working on lowering his 3.3 golf handicap (pro tip: he’s a great scramble partner) or playing and watching soccer.
Heather MistoDirector of Inside Service Sales
Heather Webster graduated with an undergrad in Photography, Metals and Art History in 2000 and completed her MBA in 2009. In 2016, she joined the Schneider Electric Service Sales team as a Strategic Target Account Manager, working with high dollar, multi location accounts. In 2020, Heather became the newest addition to TSC Services team as a Business Development Manager. Her rich experience in customer service and mission critical facility, yields dynamic support to data center coverage and management. Heather provides a wide range of knowledge to determine the best and most effective ways to support these critical services. Her current role as Director of Inside Service Sales has allowed for continued growth with a supportive management style, training and developing the inside team, while supporting some of Tubbesing's larger accounts. She resides in Rhode Island with a highly inquisitive 12 year old daughter, two crazy cute dogs, enjoys weight lifting, yoga and a rare steak.
Robert GurleyOutside Service Sales - Central Texas
Rob is a U.S. Navy veteran with 25+ years of experience in the Power Quality Industry, and a B.A. in Organizational Management. Rob comes to Tubbesing Services from Schneider Electric where Rob spent 11 years as a Field Service Engineer, and then 6+ years as the Regional Service Sales Manager for Texas and New Mexico. Rob enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, traveling, Kayaking, ATVs, the mountains, and the beach. Rob resides near Smithville, TX which is central to Houston, Austin, and San Antonio.
Sydney SimoneInside Service Sales
Sydney Simone joined Tubbesing Services in 2021 as an Inside Service Sales Manager. She graduated from College of the Canyons with an A.A. in Legal Studies. Sydney provides excellent customer service by assisting the Dallas services team with managing sales accounts, quoting, and scheduling.
Aija AldrichInside Service Sales
Aija Aldrich joined Tubbesing Services in 2022 as an Inside Service Sales Manager. She graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics. She assists the Dallas team with managing sales accounts, quoting, and scheduling. In her free time she enjoys being outside, traveling, and walking with her Great Dane puppy.

Terrence GarrettField Engineer
Terre joined the services team at the beginning of 2019 to assist in building Data Centers, serving as a technician and helping with project management. A big believer in consistency, transparency, and excellence, Terre supports our customers with integrity and hard work meeting their needs and bringing solutions.
Kyle DiversField Engineer
Kyle has recently joined Tubbesing Services bringing 10+ years of electrical experience and knowledge as a journeyman service electrician and holds a certificate in PDI Service Training. When he's not at work he is a dedicated husband and father of two.
Tony KujawaField Engineer
Previously worked for MC Dean as a UPS tech, Tony has a long history of service work and is familiar with 3rd party UPS systems. Tony will be trained on APC gear and will be an asset in growing and training our service techs and expand our knowledge on all types of UPS equipment.
Alan CountsNOC Technician
Alan has attended college at Riverside City College in California. After moving to Texas, he continued college at the Dallas campus of the University of Phoenix and is currently enrolled in a school emphasizing engineering, networking, and electronics. He started as a field technician in telecommunications in 1993 and advanced to project management with an emphasis on network infrastructure and information technology.
Miguel AguilarField Engineer
Miguel is an Army vet that served for 5 years and did two tours over seas. Miguel joined the services team at the beginning of December of 2022, as a technician and helping with project management. A big believer in consistency, transparency, and excellence, Miguel supports our customers with integrity and hard work meeting their needs and bringing solutions. When not working he enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids.
Mike GardunoMaster Electrician & UPS Battery Service Sales
Mike Garduno is a Master electrician with 39 years in the AC and DC electrical power business. The last twenty-five of those years in the DC power and battery power industries. Most of this work being in the data center, telecom and power generating station environments. Mike joined the TSC team in 2021 when his company, MGBE, merged with the Tubbesing services team. Over his career, Mike has supervised or physically installed everything from Switch Gear, to transfer switches, to Generator sets, which includes all related components. He has engineered and installed miles of electrical conduit racking systems. He has engineered and installed both AC and DC buss duct systems up to 10,000 AMPS; also including duck bank and underground medium voltage power systems. Mike has replaced and installed many large DC power plants of 120 volt and -48-volt systems without turning off any loads “live traffic.” Some with ratings over 10,000 AMPS DC. He has repaired 400 -800-amp DC rectifiers, C&D, Lorain, and Marconi, as well as inverters and UPS systems. He and his team installed two of the largest AC stepdown transformers the Dallas Convention Center during the 1,000,000 SQ’ expansion in the 90’s.
Karlos LopezSenior Battery Tecnician
Karlos graduated from Terrell High School and continued to ITT Technical institute for Computer Electronic Engineering in 2001. Karlos started in this industry with Southwestern Battery in 2007-2010. Moved over to MGBE to become the lead technician from 2010-2022. Started working for Tubbesing in 2022 to become field service manager. Karlos likes to take off road trail rides in his Polaris RZR 900s or his 1000xp sportsman. Cookouts are his specialty.
Lindsey JelepisNOC Technician
Madelynn DiazNOC Technician
Madelynn Hired on with Tubbesing in August, she has completed coding classes from Harvard and Dartmouth Universities and is currently enrolled in Google’s IT Certificate program. Madelynn has long been interested in STEM, she learned to solder at 8 years old and has even written her own Space invaders game. Madelynn also enjoys baking, and knitting in her spare time.
George ZennerSenior Manager Technology Services
George is currently a student at University of Texas at San Antonio in his last year of the Cyber Security Program there. George is passionate about Cyber and Network Security. He has been involved in multiple CTF and code challenges. He also loves music and making his own guitar amps and guitar pedals.
